Immersion is a fully managed programme. We handle the logistics so you can focus entirely on the experience and the learning.
Accommodation is not included in the programme fee. We provide dedicated support and trusted local recommendations to help you find suitable housing. You are welcome to choose your own accommodation — just let us know where you'll be staying so we can maintain regular contact.

Your property induction, team introductions, and first shift. Your on-ground mentor is with you for the first week to help you settle in comfortably.
Embedded in your team, working real shifts, building real skills. Monthly check-ins with your Studio College mentor track your progress against your development plan.
Your Immersion journey closes with a professional portfolio review, your certificate, and career placement support — many of our alumni are offered full-time roles at their host property.

Immersion is a competitive programme with strict eligibility criteria. Only students who meet the requirements below will be considered for a place.
Currently in your second year of a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, culinary arts, business or a related field. You must be enrolled at an accredited institution at the time of application.
Eligible ✓In your third and final year of an undergraduate degree. Immersion counts towards your dissertation credits and provides the real-world experience your final year requires.
Eligible ✓Enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in hospitality management, tourism, business or a related discipline. Immersion adds international field experience to your postgraduate profile.
Eligible ✓Year 1 students, school leavers, and professionals without a qualifying degree are not eligible for this specific internship cohort at this time.
